Min Rodriguez has taken this key position with NHS Property Services following a move from Defence Equipment & Support (DE&S)/ Ministry of Defence.
She is a highly experienced senior diversity and inclusion practitioner and will lead NHSPS’ equality, diversity and inclusion transformation to support the organisation’s commitment to create an inclusive, collaborative and engaging environment where colleagues feel valued and respected.
