As Savills Central London Investment division continues to grow its market share, the team welcomes Richard Garside who joins as Head of Central London Investment this week – w/c 14th June 2022.
With over 25 years’ operating in the London market, Richard joins from CBRE where he was an executive director of the London Capital Markets team. Prior to leaving he was involved in a number of high profile deals including Landsec’s £552m sale of 1 & 2 New Ludgate to Sun Venture, Brookfield’s £480m sale of 1 London Wall Place to AGC Equity Partners, Blackstone’s £465m sale of Times Square to Generali and Blackstone’s £196.5m purchase of 6-9 Harbour Exchange from Landsec.
