Platinum Facilities, the technology-led hard FM service provider, has announced that it has been awarded a three year contract to deliver the M&E maintenance services for Yorke Property Management Ltd at the prestigious Sea Containers property in London.
Sea Containers is located in a prominent position on South Bank of the River Thames and is a mixed-use building, incorporating striking office spaces and a luxury boutique hotel.
Platinum Facilities was awarded the contract following a competitive tender process and will be utilising its in-house technology and energy expertise to support Sea Containers’ key objectives.
