Ergro has announced that its Service team will embark on their latest Education property maintenance contract, for Stratford School Academy – two secondary school buildings in Forest Gate, London.
Working directly for the Academy at the Grosvenor Road and Upton Lane sites, its PPM responsibility will maintain all heating, air conditioning, AHUs (Air Handling Units), CHP (Combined Heat & Power Units), ventilation and electrical services.
Its successful appointment followed a competitive tender process, via which it was selected to win the contract due to transparency of PPM completion, open book approach to contract pricing and proven communication strategy with the facilities teams.
This latest win adds to a growing education portfolio for Ergro, as it continues to demonstrate its established reputation for working seamlessly within a live school environment.
