Savills has retained its number one ranking in the Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers of 2023 – 2024 for a second year at the Rate My Apprenticeship Awards. The online event took place on Thursday 20th July.
Now in its ninth year, the awards look at bringing together apprentices, schools, employers and training providers to celebrate successful apprenticeship programmes across the UK. The Top 100 Employers list is based on over 8,000 reviews from young people who have completed apprenticeships or work experience in the last 12 months. Savills has consistently remained the only property advisor to feature.
Serena Phillips, professional apprenticeships manager in the future talent team, comments: “It is absolutely fantastic that we have been able to retain our position at the top of the rankings. We pride ourselves on offering a best in class programme and this accolade is made even more special due to the fact it is based on feedback from those on the scheme. At Savills we now have 220 apprentices and it has been incredibly rewarding to see many of them flourish and achieve their aim of obtaining a professional qualification. Keeping the top spot is by no means a reason to rest on our laurels and we look forward to continuing to grow and improve our apprenticeship offer.”
