Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG), a leading provider of specialist services to the construction and facilities management sectors, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Seager as Director of Operational Excellence, with effect from Monday 11 August 2025.
In this newly formalised role, Mr Seager will report directly to Alison Chard, Chief Performance Officer, and will be responsible for spearheading strategic initiatives designed to enhance operational efficiency, embed best practice, and drive performance optimisation across the Group. His appointment follows the recent promotion of Malcolm Fyall to Managing Director of PTSG’s Building Access Specialists Division.
Mr Seager brings to the role a distinguished career in operational leadership, underpinned by nearly two decades of progressive experience within NSS, a constituent company of PTSG. Having joined NSS in 2007 as a rope access technician, he played a key role in establishing the business’s specialist access capabilities before advancing through a series of senior positions including Technical Cleaning Director and, more recently, Operations Director. Throughout this period, Mr Seager has consistently demonstrated strategic foresight, technical acumen and an ability to lead high-performing teams in complex and safety-critical environments.
His deep understanding of the operational landscape – from frontline delivery through to senior leadership – provides a unique platform from which to support and accelerate the Group’s commitment to operational excellence. In his new capacity, Mr Seager will lead cross-functional improvement programmes, working closely with divisional teams to ensure the continued delivery of best-in-class services to PTSG’s national client base.
