Atlas Appoints Shivang Naik as Chief People and Business Operations Officer

Atlas has appointed Shivang Naik as Chief People and Business Operations Officer, a newly created role designed to strengthen operational performance and support the business as it continues to scale.

The role brings together people leadership and core business operations, reflecting Atlas’s belief that high performance and strong culture must grow together. As the Group evolves, Shiv will focus on ensuring the structures, systems and leadership capability are in place to support consistent delivery at scale.

Shiv joined Atlas earlier this year and reports to Group CEO Chris Wisely. He will oversee optimisation across key operational and people processes, while driving improvements in technology and systems to ensure Atlas remains efficient, well governed and ready for its next phase of growth.

Shiv brings more than 15 years’ experience across operations, finance and commercial leadership. A Chartered Accountant, he has held senior roles at Mitie, Control Risks and McKinsey & Company, alongside professional services and audit positions. His background reflects a strong track record in operational discipline, strategic decision-making and leading high-performing teams.
