A major highlight was Miller Knight’s appointment to Fusion21’s national Building Safety and Compliance Framework, affirming the company’s role in helping public sector clients meet evolving fire safety obligations under the Building Safety Act. This achievement reinforces Miller Knight’s leadership in raising safety standards and reflects the technical expertise embedded across the business.
In April, the company hosted the industry-leading Building Safety Forum, featuring keynote speaker Dame Judith Hackitt DBE and a panel of cross-industry experts. Held at Ironmonger’s Hall, London, the event addressed critical challenges in fire safety, sparking discussion on product traceability, regulatory change and the urgent need for better collaboration across the supply chain.

The company’s regeneration credentials have continued to grow, with a range of projects across diverse sectors, including the refurbishment of Phoenix House in Birkenhead for Phoenix Futures, involving extensive internal and external upgrades. In Nottingham, the team is delivering a £1m live-site regeneration of Stapleford Care Centre for FES FM and Meller Limited. Meanwhile, in Mansfield, Miller Knight has been appointed to deliver the £1.3m Tideswell Court Regeneration for Mansfield District Council, including full residential and communal refurbishments and a new staff office extension.
Another significant development was the addition of Centre Parcs to Miller Knight’s growing client base, further expanding the contractor’s footprint and signalling its growing role in enhancing safety and experience in high-profile, guest-focused environments.
Alongside project delivery, the company continued to exceed its social value targets, partnering with clients such as Ashfield District Council, Moat Homes and MHA to support local employment, skills development and community investment.
