Mountjoy is strengthening its management team with two new starters heading up departments across the company.
Marcus Heslop has joined Mountjoy’s newly formed Woking Borough Council housing maintenance team as Contract Manager and will be overseeing all contract operations from the new office based in Woking town centre. Marcus has developed strong organisational and leadership skills from a lengthy career served in the British Army which saw him in roles such as Director of Operations for a training partnership programme with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Project Manager for a £1.2bn obsolescence removal scheme for the main Army battle tank.
Prior to joining Mountjoy he also served as Senior Manager for Risk and Warfare at GardaWorld, which involved the reviewing and monitoring of corporate risk exposure across the Middle East and Africa. Marcus’ extensive experience in contracts, change, risk and people will be incredibly beneficial in ensuring the successful delivery of the Woking contract.
Niki Hayward has joined the HR Department as HR Manager. Niki brings a wealth of experience in HR management from a varying career in providing employee and administrative support – this has most recently included a consultancy role at Harwood HR in which she provided specialist HR support to a vast portfolio of clients across varying sectors. Niki is passionate about creating and delivering a positive HR culture and will be assisting Mountjoy in delivering our ethos of ‘Integrity, built-in’ through both employee and community engagement initiatives.
