Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contracted to provide specialist fire solutions at a residential-led development under construction in Wembley, Greater London.
Fulton & Fifth is a residential-led development by Regal Homes on Fulton Road in Wembley, Middlesex, Greater London HA9.
The first building, The Brookline, comprises 171 one, two and three, bedroom apartments. All homes have access to a private balcony or a terrace. Amenities include a swimming pool, cinema, gym and golf simulator.
New plans are underway for the £270m development of 749 homes and light industrial/commercial space on the ground level.
40% of homes, comprising 294 units, will be Brent Council’s affordable housing. These homes are set to complete in 2026.
In this contract, engineers from PTSG Fire Solutions Ltd will deliver new commercial sprinklers. This is in addition to wet riser systems, which the team from PTSG installed at an earlier time. In combination, the systems will make the buildings as safe as possible for users in the event of a fire.
