Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been appointed to deliver specialist electrical services to protect two London schools that are undergoing roof replacement works as part of the 2023 – 2026 School Asset Management Programme.
Wembley Primary School in North-West London is a large school with the capacity for six pupils aged 3-11. One of Brent’s largest elementary schools, Wembley Primary School is just a ten-minute walk from the iconic Wembley Stadium. It was formally opened by the Mayor of Brent in 2009.
Wykenham Primary School, just a short distance east of Wembley Primary School, has the capacity for 480 pupils. The school was judged to be outstanding by Ofsted in a 2015 report, stating that pupils achieve extremely well and make rapid progress. Behaviour, confidence and pupil safety are also outstanding.
Roof replacement works at both schools have been approved for a total cost of £1.175m. Auxiliary works include the installation of a brand-new lightning protection system to protect the schools and all users in the event of an electrical storm. Engineers from PTSG
Electrical Services Ltd will complete the works.
