United Living secures position on Riverside Group Cladding Remediation Framework

United Living Property Services (ULPS) has secured a place on The Riverside Group Cladding Remediation Framework. This four-year programme represents a significant achievement for ULPS, showcasing its commitment to delivering high-quality property services and supporting critical safety improvements in housing across the UK.

The Riverside Group cladding remediation initiative follows updated government guidance on fire safety assessments. The framework is expected to adopt the PAS9980 approach to fire risk appraisal for external walls, with detailed project scopes to be refined during the Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) phase. Contractors will assume full responsibility for both the design and delivery of the works.

With a projected spend of £300 million over the next four years, this framework offers a major opportunity for ULPS to contribute to the enhancement of housing standards nationwide. Securing this position highlights ULPS’s expertise in providing value-driven solutions, particularly for clients needing to execute large-scale projects swiftly and efficiently.
