Designed to help their people unlock their potential, The Property Management Academy ensures all Rendall & Rittner’s Assistant Property Managers, Property Managers and Senior Property Managers have easy access to the learning materials they need to consistently perform at the standard our clients, customers and residents have come to expect.
It provides opportunities for staff to focus on growth and development, and cement their understanding of key topics including those related to health & safety, legal, facilities and maintenance, finance and more. Through the Academy, it will also be easier for the company to recognise and celebrate their Property Managers as they reach key milestones in their career.
The Property Management Academy offers a tailored programme of 100+ lessons via the Engage in Learning platform. Divided into eight levels, colleagues enter the programme based on their level of knowledge, which allows them to tailor learning requirements to meet individual needs.
