Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG), a leader in specialist services for the built environment, has strengthened its commitment to mental health and wellbeing by expanding its Mental Health First Aid training programme.
Under the leadership of Terry Wilcock, Group Health & Safety Director and Paul Campbell, Senior Training Manager, PTSG has onboarded an additional seven Mental Health First Aiders, bringing the company’s total to 49 trained professionals across the UK and the Netherlands.
This initiative reflects PTSG’s holistic approach to workplace safety, ensuring that mental health is treated with the same priority as physical health.
“When people feel comfortable talking about their mental health, they are less likely to become disengaged or withdraw,” said Terry Wilcock. “Often, mental health issues go unnoticed, but organisations like ours have the power to proactively prevent poor mental health and provide real support when it is needed most.”
