Platinum Builds Delivery and Bid Strength One Year on from Leadership Restructuring

A year on from reshaping its executive leadership team, Platinum Facilities has added to its senior ranks with two strategic appointments and a senior promotion. The moves reflect a period of steady organic growth and a focus on building capability in areas where clients are placing increasing value – project delivery and data-led maintenance – while also strengthening the company’s work-winning function.

Alisha Kalam is Head of Data-Led Maintenance and System Analytics at Platinum Facilities. She began her career as a digitisation engineer at a global investment banking firm, where she gained early exposure to building analytics tools and energy-saving initiatives. Alisha has been recognised for her leadership in data-led sustainability, including being named Buildings Professional of the Year at the 2025 Women in Green Business Awards and as one of DigiLeaders’ Top 10 Leaders Striving for Net Zero. In her current role, Alisha will focus on improving building performance and driving a greener future by ensuring assets operate in line with best practice, optimising systems to reduce energy consumption and cutting greenhouse gas emissions.

Aodhán McMahon has joined as Project Director, bringing extensive experience in managing complex programmes across the built environment. He has held senior roles at major real estate and facilities services companies including CBRE and Turner & Townsend and will lead project delivery across Platinum’s portfolio, with a particular focus in the areas of decarbonisation and life safety systems.

Becki LeMasonry has also been promoted to Head of Bids. Since joining Platinum in 2024, she has played a key role in strengthening the company’s tendering approach. With 16 years of experience in the sector, including previous senior roles at Mitie TFM and Mountjoy, she brings a deep understanding of bid strategy, compliance and cross-sector delivery models.

Glen Cardinal, CEO of Platinum Facilities, said: “These appointments and Becki’s promotion reflect the direction we’ve been building toward, investing in our delivery capability and backing people who can drive progress. Clients want more visibility, more accountability, and fewer layers between them and the team doing the work. We’re growing steadily and deliberately, focusing on the areas that will make the biggest difference to service and results.”
