Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has secured a contract to deliver specialist lightning protection services at a major new residential development in Woolwich, south-east London.
The scheme, being delivered by London Square Group, forms part of the wider regeneration of Woolwich town centre and will provide more than 700 new homes, with 50 per cent allocated as affordable housing. The mixed-use development will also include retail, office and community space, landscaped public areas and a new town square.
London Square has acquired phases three and four of the Woolwich Central development, a 4.49-acre site with planning permission for residential, commercial and public realm improvements designed to revitalise Woolwich High Street and the surrounding area.
Under the contract, PTSG’s Lightning Protection Installations division will design and install a comprehensive lightning protection system across the development, ensuring long-term safety and resilience for the buildings and their occupants.
