JLL has appointed Chris Legg to join its Cost Management team, focusing on the Life Sciences sector. Chris’ role will involve the further development of JLL’s existing capabilities in Life Sciences across project development and delivery, supporting its continued growth.
Chris has extensive, cross sector experience spanning across commercial real estate, pharmaceutical and infrastructure sectors. Over the past 12 years he has delivered a range of complex and high-profile developments in addition to Capital Planning programmes at a role he most recently held at CBRE as EMEA PMO commercial lead within a multinational client. He has also held previous roles with Gardiner and Theobald, Arup and Transport for London.
