GRAHAM, a provider of facilities management and construction services, has been awarded a new contract by Northern Ireland Water. This contract will cover the North-West region and include a range of services, including building maintenance, minor civil engineering works, fencing and gate repairs, winter maintenance, compliance services, and installation and maintenance of various systems.
The new contract is a continuation of GRAHAM’s long-standing relationship with Northern Ireland Water. It also builds upon the company’s existing contracts with Yorkshire Water and Severn Trent Water, solidifying GRAHAM’s position as a leading player in the utilities sector.
Works will include:
- Building inspection, repair, and maintenance services.
- Minor civil engineering works.
- Fencing and gate replacement and repairs.
- Winter maintenance.
- Compliance services.
- Installation and planned preventative maintenance of facilities electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical assets and systems.
- Installation and planned preventative maintenance, including inspection, repair and maintenance of fire alarm, access control, intruder alarm, intercom, and CCTV systems.
