Bellrock Property & Facilities Management Ltd is delighted to announce the acquisition of Carbon Architecture Ltd, a Carbon Consulting and Software Analytics business helping clients identify energy trends and minimise their impact on the environment.
Founded in 2009, Carbon Architecture has developed the use of data analytics to enhance the information provided by existing Building Management Systems, identifying energy usage trends and developing AI and machine learning into their solutions to help predict future energy patterns and usage. Carbon Architecture’s energy consulting business, combined with their analytical capabilities, is Bellrock’s first acquisition into the De-carbonisation market and is an exciting step toward partnering with public and private sector customers on their journey to net zero.
