Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has secured a contract to deliver specialist electrical services at Spencer’s Park Phase II West in Hemel Hempstead.
Spencer’s Park is to be a new neighbourhood, with homes being built on public sector land owned by the government housing agency, Homes England. Spencer’s Park Phase 2 was granted outline planning consent in 2019 for 600 homes, a new primary school, open spaces, shops, and commercial space. The vision is to create an outstanding place for people to live, with a range of well-designed new homes, supported by a wide range of facilities.
In this contract, engineers from PTSG Electrical Services Ltd will design, supply, install, test and commission a new lightning protection and surge protection system at the prison.
