Richard Irvin FM is pleased to announce that it has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) Housing Maintenance & Management Services DPS. This DPS provides a compliant, ‘one stop shop’ for all aspects of housing maintenance & repair for both tenanted and void/vacant properties.
It is anticipated the framework will offer a pipeline of £500m for a wide range of planned and reactive maintenance & repair services as well as provision of essential compliance services.
Crown Commercial Service (CCS) supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2021/22, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £2.8 billion – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.
