Security brands announce partnership for CIH 2023

Two of the biggest names in ironmongery have announced a partnership for the nation’s biggest housing industry conference.

Architectural ironmongery expert, George Boyd, and leading steel door manufacturer, Strongdor, will appear at Housing 2023 on stand F57.

The partnership sees the two brands combine their expertise, showcasing a wide variety of the latest steel entrance solutions on the stand, with technical specialists on hand to guide specifiers and contractors through the newest advances in security.

Aiming to add some intrigue to this year’s show, the stand will feature the unique ‘Crack The Lock’ challenge that provides a fun and engaging opportunity for attendees to win a cash prize each day.

Terry Sebborn, General Manager – Doorsets for George Boyd, commented: “Shows like CIH are the backbone of collaboration, partnership and networking across the industry. It’s great to be back in Manchester for what is sure to be another exciting year.

“Door sets and technical security systems are a natural partner for high-quality entrance solutions, so partnering with an industry leader such as Strongdor was an easy decision to make.

CIH 2023 marks the first partnership show for both George Boyd and Strongdor, which will extend through to London Build in November.

“Everyone at Strongdor is gearing up for what promises to be a fantastic event this June” added Sarah Cooper, Marketing Director for Strongdor. “Shows like Housing set the agenda for the industry, bringing leading experts from across the UK to share knowledge and to showcase new and innovative products.

“Strongdor, a bespoke steel door manufacturer, is proud to be partnering with George Boyd at Housing 23 and will be showcasing an exciting new range of security and fire rated steel doors.”
