Mr Davies is promoted to operations director. Joining D Hammond in 2011 straight from college, he had no previous experience of the industry. At that time, the maintenance team consisted of Mr Davies and the then co-owner with an office in Mayfair. Within four years relationships had been formed to establish themselves within the sector and he was promoted to managerial level as the operations team grew. Now operation director, Oliver says “This is an amazing opportunity for me and I’m whilst I’m incredibly proud our achievements so far, I’m under no illusion the hardest work is yet to come. I am excited to be part or the growth of the business.”
