Canary Wharf Group appoints new Development Director for Wood Wharf to support the evolution of the Canary Wharf estate

Canary Wharf Group (CWG) has appointed Jack Brewster as Development Director for Wood Wharf.

Currently home to 3,500 residents, waterside parks and an eclectic restaurant scene, Jack will build on eight years of residential development at Wood Wharf, bringing his industry-leading expertise in mixed-use developments to deliver CWG’s innovative masterplan for the neighbourhood.

Announcing Jack’s appointment, Tom Venner, Managing Director for Development, Canary Wharf Group said: “I’m extremely pleased to welcome Jack to the team.  With his impressive track record in leading innovative developments in London, Jack will bring a host of expert skills and experience to further develop our residential mixed-use neighbourhood at Wood Wharf.”

Jack Brewster joins CWG from Grosvenor where he was a Development Director. Most recently he was instrumental in the inception and growth of the new residential lending business and prior to that, led the Estate Development Programme across the 300-acre historic London estate.  With over 15 years of experience, Jack is a leading expert in identifying, unlocking and delivering high value and complex mixed-use development schemes in central London.
