Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) is to provide specialist electrical services at a a large regeneration project currently underway in up-and-coming area of East London.
The ‘Mile End – Rooftop Development & Regeneration’ will see the Eric and Treby Estates be regenerated with 142 new homes. The project involves six phases: Phase 1 (Wentworth Mews), Phase 2 (Windermere House), Phase 3 (Buttermere House), Phase 4 (Coniston House), Phase 5 (Derwent House) and Phase 6 (Loweswater House). The work on Wentworth Mews is now complete.
As part of the project, Gracewood Group – the main contractor – will make significant improvements to communal areas and provide landscaping and play spaces to enhance the public realm, including upgrades to play equipment, as well as creating 251 new cycle parking spaces.
Engineers from PTSG Electrical Services Ltd will work at Coniston House, delivering a brand-new lightning protection system. This will protect residents in the event of an electrical storm.
