Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contacted to deliver specialist electrical services at a new residential development under construction in East London.
Mill Road Car Park is a build-to-rent development by Telford Homes in Ilford. The development comprises 239 new homes, including 77 affordable homes available for discounted market rent, in part 13, part 18 and part 25 storey building. Amenities include a gym, co-working lounge, and children’s play space.
The development will be highly sustainable with new green spaces included, 94 square metres of photovoltaics being installed, and 32 new trees being planted with new habitat creation and ecological enhancement. Overall, the development will achieve an Urban Greening Factor of 0.3.
In this contract, engineers from PTSG Electrical Services Ltd will be delivering a new lightning protection system to safeguard the buildings and all users in the event of an electrical storm.
