Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contracted to deliver specialist fire solutions at a major new development in East London.
In May 2021, planning permission was secured from the Royal Borough of Greenwich to redevelop the site known as Plumstead West Thamesmead, situated between Pettman Crescent, Nathan Way and Hadden Road. The new development, named Lombard Square, will deliver 1,913 new homes and 47,071 square feet of industrial, community, commercial and employment space, surrounding a new 1.8 acre four seasons public park.
The development will become a real driver of change for Plumstead and Thamesmead. It will support wider plans to deliver new homes in the area over the next 30 years, the growth of local industry to the East of the development and a rich cultural programme.
In this contract, engineers from PTSG Fire Solutions Ltd will install commercial sprinklers for Phase 1 of the development, covering blocks 2, 3 and 7.
