Restructure includes senior promotions and appointments

Specialist service provider Anabas has announced it has restructured and made a series of internal promotions and additional new appointments designed to strengthen and prepare the business for further growth.

Former account director Tim Hysom has been promoted to operations director, where he will work closely with managing director Alistair Craig, to steer the business achieve growth targets.

Mr Hysom has 28 years’ experience in FM and joined the company almost seven years ago.

Richard Bostelmann and Lud Moran, both former account managers, have been promoted to account directors. They will join account directors Ravi Bhatnagar, Kathy Hope and Tom Ward to enhance the strategic operational delivery of contracts. They will lead the delivery of FM services for some key accounts.

To further strengthen the team, the company has appointed Richard Oldham as QHSE manager and Craig Clarke-Harrison as procurement and commercial manager. Mr Oldham has 16 years of health and safety experience and has held senior QHSE roles at global organisations. A chartered member of IOSH and a practitioner of IEMA, he leads on all aspects of health and safety, quality and environment.

As a member of the Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply, Mr Clarke-Harrison brings 30 years of procurement experience after holding senior positions in companies worldwide. He is responsible for redefining procurement strategy, policies, and supplier relationships, focusing on social value and sustainability to ensure the business procures responsibly, intelligently, and ethically in alignment with its core values.
