Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contracted to deliver specialist Access & Safety services for a major student accommodation provider.
Collegiate is an operator and manager of student accommodation with over 10,000 beds in 21 cities across the UK. It prides itself on offering students a complete living experience that includes a variety of social events to help students connect with other Collegiate residents as well as learning and networking opportunities.
Collegiate’s accommodations teams organise various events for students throughout the year – from cinema nights and games evenings, to themed parties and trips.
In this contract, engineers from PTSG Access & Safety Ltd will install fall arrest equipment to the roofs of Collegiate residential buildings to enable maintenance operatives to carry out their work at height safely.
A significant proportion of the PTSG specialist services are delivered at height. Since it began trading 16 years ago, PTSG has always been uncompromising in its approach to safety and continues to work to the rule “If it can’t be done safely, we won’t do it”. This has led to numerous RoSPA Golds as well as a distinction form the British Safety Council.
