Student accommodation provider Fresh Student Living has awarded a nationwide contract to Manchester-based Thermatic Technical FM.
The company is tasked with providing a number of services to its new client, ranging from plant room creation and servicing, HVAC compliance and electrical servicing to building energy management system monitoring, drainage solutions and reactive call out services.
Fresh Student Living has facilities in all major university towns and cities around the UK.
It is the first time the two companies have worked in partnership with each other, with numerous options for this to be extended in the future.
Thermatic Technical FM is an established provider of hard services and additionally works closely with its sister company Thermatic Energy.
Having focused on the provision of customer-centric service delivery for a number of years, the company is currently enjoying increasing demand for its services with more growth expected in 2024.
