Hard FM service provider Parr Facilities Management has announced it has partnered with the multi-award-winning national pub company, Punch, to carry out an external refurbishment project of the Stanley Arms in Anderton, Lancashire.
Located on the Trent and Mersey canal, close to the world-famous Anderton Boat Lift, it is popular with local boaters and walkers and features Canal and River Trust moorings for boaters’ use whilst visiting.
The project consisted of a two-phase strip out of the pre-existing timber decking and subframe, tree felling, and rebuilding of the brickwork, outdoor steps and fencing. Phase two included the fitting of composite decking in place of the former timber decking.
The team delivered the highest standard of service throughout the project, assisted by the company’s extensive experience of working within the hospitality industry, on internal and external refurbishment projects.
It described itself as a trusted partner that takes a customer-minded approach to ensure minimal disruption for guests and continuity for the clients’ businesses.
FM director Ivan Morley said: “We are delighted to have partnered with the national pub company, Punch, on the refurbishment of the Stanley Arms in Anderton. With our experience of working within this sector, the team is looking forward to working alongside Punch on further projects in the future.”
