Balfour Beatty, the international infrastructure group, has announced that Anne Drinkwater CBE, a Non-Executive Director since December 2018, will succeed Dr. Stephen Billingham as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director when he steps down from the Board following the 2024 AGM on 09 May 2024.
Anne will continue as Chair of the Remuneration Committee and as a member of the Safety and Sustainability Committee.
