He has been executive chef at many prestigious schools including Wellington College, Wycombe Abbey and Caterham School. As a skilled chef and leader, Mr Wilson has recently been involved in shaping the future landscape of workplace catering across the UK and Ireland.
The company stated that he will continue to revolutionise and disrupt the world of contract catering with his innovative approach and commitment to excellence.
