Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contracted to deliver specialist fire solutions within a prominent new Central London residential and retail development.
8 Eaton Lane is a redevelopment of a Grade II-listed mansion block in Belgravia, London. The project offers 42 luxury residences with access to amenities including a pool, gym and cinema, plus seven retail units.
Formerly known as Grosvenor Gardens House, built in 1867 as one of Britain’s first serviced apartment blocks known as Belgrave Mansions, the building was converted to commercial use. The prominent 0.57-acre freehold site comprises a substantial mansion block overlooks Grosvenor Gardens and is opposite the Nova Building at the Nova development.
In this contract, engineers from PTSG Fire Solutions Ltd will deliver sprinklers, foam suppression units and dry risers to provide protection to the seven retail units on the ground floor of the residential development.
