Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contracted to deliver specialist electrical services at a transformative development occupying a strategic site directly adjacent to Barking Station.
Trocoll House will create a new gateway to Barking, provide the borough with new secure housing and help regenerate the town centre. The development will comprise 198 build to rent apartments, 35% of which are affordable, providing good quality rental accommodation and cost-effective housing for both local people and young professionals looking to move into the area.
The existing Barking Dog pub will remain, and additional ground floor commercial space will be incorporated on Wakering Road, which could accommodate a wide variety of complimentary uses. The site covers an area of 18,500 square metres. Completion is expected in May 2025.
