Specialist HVAC and Fire and Smoke Control contractor, CoSourced Group, has appointed Sam Alderman to drive the operational excellence and growth of its pump division.

With 18 years of experience in the industry, Sam brings extensive insight into the complexities of pump systems management to his new role; covering the full range of pump systems, including repair, overhaul, replacement, and upgrade. He is well-versed in maintenance procedures and fault-finding, as well as managing engineering teams and projects from the initial request to completion.

In his new role, Sam will be responsible for expanding the pump division, increasing customer offerings, and boosting the profitability of current projects. He will also lead the effort to build on the highly specialised team of pump engineers, strengthening CoSourced’s in-house capabilities, while managing strategic partnerships for larger-scale pump projects.
