Polyteck has been awarded a three-year contract which will see the company provide mechanical and electrical (M&E) services across a portfolio of Gerald Eve commercial properties in London’s Mayfair and the Home Counties.
The new contract will see construction and facilities management company Polyteck mobilise three static sites as well as six further mobile sites to ensure rapid service delivery across the portfolio. Gerald Eve, a Newmark company, is a real estate advisory business of chartered surveyors and property consultants based in the UK, operating from nine offices with more than 600 team members.
The group works with property owners, investors, occupiers and developers with services including capital markets, corporate real estate advisory, asset management, tenant representation, landlord leasing, planning and development and building consultancy, property management, valuation and business rates services.
Simon Hatton, operations director at Polyteck, said: “Following a competitive tender process, we’re delighted to be awarded this contract with Gerald Eve. The Gerald Eve team were impressed by our bid and the expert delivery we’ve provided on our existing contract with them, and we look forward to continuing to work together.”
Last year, Polyteck was chosen as one of the 10 suppliers for Fusion21’s £346m four-year Building Improvements Framework renewal; added to Procurement for Housing’s (PfH) £675 million, four-year Planned Works Framework; and to Communities & Housing Investment Consortium’s (CHIC) four-year kitchen and bathroom renewals framework. The group also won a one-year contract to oversee all M&E at Holland Park Villas, a luxury residential property in west London.
