Urban Creation, has relocated to a brand-new office at 62 Park Street, Bristol, marking a major milestone in the company’s journey, capping off a year of remarkable growth and success.
Following a significant rebrand in December 2023, which saw the company split into two distinct sub-brands—Urban Student for high-end student accommodation and Urban Apartments for luxury serviced apartments—this new office space serves as a physical manifestation of Urban Creation’s refreshed identity and growing ambitions.
The new office, located in the former Mission Burrito site on Park Street, features a modern design that aligns with Urban Creation’s core values of innovation, quality, and forward-thinking. The office project, which began in February with a major strip-out, progressed with construction by starting in August. The renovation was completed in November.
The open-plan office features a sleek, industrial design with exposed ceilings, steel fixtures, and skylights, creating a vibrant and collaborative environment.

In addition to this exciting new office, Urban Creation is also making strides in the property development sector. The company is in the process of restoring the building at 71 Park Street to its original state, transforming it into 16 luxury student accommodation apartments, with a spacious retail area on the ground floor. Additionally, Urban Creation recently acquired 11-13 Whiteladies Road, further expanding their large property portfolio in the area.
As the company continues to expand its portfolio and services, this new office will serve as the perfect hub to support their vision for the future.
