The NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) has been announced as a finalist in the 2025 Inspiring Workplaces Awards for the UK and Ireland.
Inspiring Workplaces honours organisations that create cultures of trust, purpose, and belonging. Entrants are shortlisted against six key elements: culture and purpose; leadership; wellbeing; inclusion; employee voice; and employee experience.
The NHSBSA has maintained its status as a great place to work, as this is the second year in a row that they have made the Inspiring Workplace Awards finalist shortlist. Other finalists for this year’s awards include Alzheimer’s Society, Sony Music UK and Butlin’s.
