Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) is pleased to announce the promotion of Malcolm Fyall to Head of Operations at Nationwide Specialist Services (NSS). Malcolm will now report directly to Chris Peirce, Managing Director of Building Access Specialists, and will also take on leadership responsibilities for strategic projects across PTSG, under the direction of Greg Ward, PTSG’s Chief Operating Officer.
Malcolm is a highly respected operational leader with a proven track record in delivering outstanding results. Since joining NSS, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership, driving efficiency, innovation and service excellence. His deep understanding of operations and strategic project management will be instrumental as he steps into this expanded role.
Malcolm brings extensive experience from across the industry, having built a strong career in operations management, customer service and business strategy. His ability to identify opportunities for process improvements, cost efficiencies and enhanced service delivery has made a significant impact on NSS and PTSG as a whole. With his new role, Malcolm will apply his expertise to key strategic projects that support PTSG’s continued growth, strengthen our operational capabilities and enhance the service we provide to our customers nationwide.
