Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been contracted to deliver specialist electrical services at an exciting new neighbourhood in Kent.
Rochester Riverside is a flagship project in our regeneration programme. The site is made up of brownfield development land, stretching from Rochester Bridge to the north and Doust Way to the south.
As well as meeting Medway Council’s objective of providing new homes and jobs for Medway, the Rochester Riverside development will bring other benefits including:

Phase 7 sees the launch of the new four-bedroom show home (The Lapwing). Here, engineers from PTSG Electrical Services Ltd will deliver a new lightning protection system to protect the new development and all users in the event of an electrical storm.
