Cardo Group has taken swift action to ensure continuity of service for residents and protect skilled jobs on the contracts it has acquired in the wake of Breyer Group entering administration.
In a dual move, Cardo has entered into an asset purchase agreement to acquire Breyer Group’s Roofing division and has separately taken over the contract with the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames for responsive repairs and maintenance – ensuring that vital services continue uninterrupted.
These steps not only safeguard services across the South East but also protect the jobs of almost 100 skilled employees, offering much-needed stability at a time of uncertainty.

“We are pleased to have secured a sale of Breyer Group’s roofing division and in a separate transaction, the continuity of the company’s contract with the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames to Cardo. The transactions have preserved a significant number of jobs and allows services to certain clients to be maintained.”
