Bishop Fleming has moved its Exeter team to a new “destination” workplace created by office design company Interaction to bring employees together.
The regional accountancy firm has relocated to larger, newly-refurbished offices at Brook House in Winslade Park, a stunning parkland development on the edge of Exeter.
Spread over two floors, the new 8,950 sq ft workplace, which can accommodate more than 100 staff, features a mix of hot desking and collaboration areas for team working.
The impressive main arrival area on the second floor includes a bright client meeting suite with a double height ceiling that is flooded with natural light. There are a number of internal meeting rooms on the first floor, with smaller, focus rooms designed for remote meetings.
The first-floor breakout space doubles as an event area and features movable furniture where employees can meet and enjoy a hot drink away from their desks.
The new Exeter office design features the same soft, warm colours that run throughout Bishop Fleming’s Bristol office, creating a welcoming environment for both employees and clients.
Emily Harvey, operations and facilities manager at Bishop Fleming, said: “Collaborating with Interaction was a fantastic experience. Their creativity and meticulous attention to detail transformed our office into a vibrant, functional space that fosters productivity and collaboration daily.
“The team’s professionalism and dedication made the entire process seamless, ensuring everything was perfectly prepared for day one. Their unparalleled support, guidance, and assistance were invaluable throughout.”
Pamela D’Alessandro, lead designer at Interaction, said: “Bishop Fleming is a long-standing client of ours and we previously designed their Torquay office and Bristol office, which we’re currently expanding.
“So they knew they could rely on Interaction to create another fantastic destination hub in Exeter which will help them attract the brightest talent and facilitate agile working and greater collaboration.”
