Apleona has announced its recent contract win with British Land to oversee the mechanical and electrical (M&E) and fabric services at a prominent site in London.
British Land is a UK commercial property company focused on real estate sectors with the strongest operational fundamentals: London campuses, retail parks, and London urban logistics. This includes the vibrant 11-acre location in West London. This development features modern office spaces, whilst also encompassing inviting public areas, a diverse selection of dining options and serene green spaces, creating a balanced environment for work and leisure.
The contract, which commenced on the first of April, spans an initial term of three years, with the option for a two-year extension, setting the stage for Apleona to work closely with British Land in elevating the services and overall offerings at this site.
Bryan McLaggan, Apleona’s Chief Growth Officer comments: ‘We are incredibly excited to partner with British Land on this significant contract. Thank you to our dedicated team whose hard work behind the scenes has made this opportunity possible and a warm welcome to our new team members.’
Adrian Connor, Apleona’s Managing Director adds: ‘This is an exciting time for Apleona as we broaden our offering in the London corporate market. We are enthusiastic about developing our relationship with British Land at this exceptional West London location.’
