Specialist engineers from Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) have successfully completed a planned preventative maintenance (PPM) project at the University of East Anglia (UEA), reinforcing the Group’s long-standing partnership with the leading research institution.
The project, carried out by two of PTSG’s experienced lightning protection specialists, involved the annual inspection and testing of the university’s lightning protection systems to ensure full compliance and operational integrity.
Located on a 360-acre campus in Norwich, UEA is one of the UK’s most respected research universities, with a broad academic offering across four faculties and 26 schools of study. The safe operation of its facilities is a key priority, and PTSG’s engineers were praised for their professionalism and efficiency.
The University’s Contract Supervisor commented: “I just wanted to email you to say how impressed I was with the professionalism of PTSG’s team (Rob & Jack Phelps). They were very friendly, courteous and communicative and worked hard as a great team whilst on site. Thank you two for your help.”
