Tilbury Douglas shortlisted twice at the 2025 Construction News Awards

Tilbury Douglas, a leading UK building, infrastructure, engineering, and fit-out business has been shortlisted at the 2025 Construction News Awards in the Project of the Year (£20m – £50m) category for two of its projects: Durham Investigative Hub and Warringtonfire: Fire testing laboratory.

The Construction News Awards celebrate and showcase the very best the construction industry has to offer. Winning a Construction News Award is a mark of excellence recognised by clients and peers alike. The awards are the most prestigious and sought-after awards in construction.

The winners will be announced on 10 July at a ceremony at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House Hotel in London.
