YorPower has once again demonstrated its commitment to powering critical infrastructure with speed and precision, completing a full installation from the new YorPower UPS Range for a northern police force in just seven days—from enquiry to commissioning.
The project involved the deployment of a YorPower YP-Sustain 3kVA UPS with two external battery packs, safeguarding essential server infrastructure at one of the police force’s key stations. The goal: deliver rock-solid backup power for mission-critical IT systems. The result: full protection and zero downtime.
“This was all about reliability, speed and trust,” said a YorPower spokesperson. “We’ve supported this police force for over a decade, and they know we deliver when it matters most.”
From receiving the initial enquiry on Friday 28th March, YorPower’s specialist team had installed and commissioned the UPS by the following Friday 4th April.
YorPower holds a large stock of UPS units at its base in Sherburn-in-Elmet, West Yorkshire, so can supply, install and commission units at short notice. The project for the northern police force is set to be the first of many in a busy schedule.
The installation reinforces YorPower’s reputation for fast-turnaround UPS solutions and showcases the growing popularity of the YP-Sustain range—now a go-to for organisations needing high-performance, dependable power backup.
