Premier Technical Services Group Ltd (PTSG) has been appointed to provide specialist Access & Safety services as part of a significant regeneration project in Clapham, south-west London.
The Clapham Park Regeneration Project is set to transform the local area with the delivery of 2,500 new homes, half of which are designated as affordable housing. Alongside residential development, the scheme will introduce new retail and community facilities, improved schools, and enhanced public spaces — contributing to cleaner, safer streets and better local infrastructure.
A key feature of the regeneration is a new low-carbon District Heating Network, supplied and maintained by energy services company With Energy. This will serve both newly built homes and existing properties undergoing refurbishment, reflecting the project’s strong sustainability credentials.
Working in collaboration with key stakeholders, engineers from PTSG Access & Safety Ltd will install fall protection systems to enable safe roof access for ongoing maintenance operations. These systems are essential for ensuring the safety of personnel tasked with keeping the development in optimal condition.
