The project, being led by main contractor Wates Construction with architectural input from Orms, will see the transformation of Wells House into a striking nine-storey mixed-use building. The scheme includes prime retail space across the basement, ground and first floors, with modern office accommodation occupying the upper levels. Occupants will benefit from high-quality end-of-journey facilities, including a cycle hub and basement-level showers, while a landscaped rooftop terrace will offer panoramic views of Central London.
PTSG Access & Safety Ltd, the original division of the wider PTSG Group, has been contracted to install fall protection systems as part of the development. The systems will provide safe access for facilities teams undertaking rooftop maintenance and ensure full compliance with current health and safety standards.
