Elior UK, leading contract caterer, is proud to achieve a double win at The Stadium Events & Hospitality Awards 2025 in the non-matchday mystery shopper award category, taking home gold for its work with Rangers Football Club, and bronze at Rotherham United Football Club.
The independent judging, conducted by hospitality sales consultancy Sandown Effective Sales Solutions recognised Elior’s excellence in handling inbound corporate and business event sales enquiries, and the subsequent customer journey experience. The judging process is entirely anonymous, with judges only provided venue names. Entrants were assessed on criteria including responsiveness, professionalism, sales approach, and communication follow-through.
